You may return any unused, undamaged insulated cups or ceramic cups within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
To start a return:
- Send an email to our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address (provided below).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
